Instrument use:

Used for testing the air permeability of industrial fabric, nonwoven fabric, coated fabric and other industrial paper (air filter paper, cement bag paper, industrial filter paper), leather, plastic and chemical products.

Product features:

1, Control test is carried out by a large screen color touch screen alone, or by a computer. The computer can display the dynamic curve of differential pressure and air permeability in real time, which is convenient to control the product quality and make the research and development personnel more intuitive to understand the air permeability performance of the sample;
2, The use of high precision imported micro differential pressure sensor, accurate measurement results, good repeatability, and foreign brands to do data comparison error is very small, significantly better than the domestic peer production of related products;
3, Fully automatic measurement, the sample is placed in the specified position, the instrument automatically find the appropriate measurement range, automatic adjustment, accurate measurement.
4, Pneumatic clamping sample, fully meet the clamping requirements of various materials;
5, The instrument uses self-designed muffler device to control the suction fan, to solve the problem of noise due to large pressure difference of similar products;
6, The instrument is equipped with standard check hole plate, can quickly complete the check, to ensure the accuracy of data;
