Instructions
Preparation of specimens:
1. Customers make test pieces according to their own requirements (according to the standard)
test preparation:
1. Confirm before test:
1.1 Check whether the power supply meets the requirements.
1.2 Place the specimen on the workbench and clamp it well
test steps:
1. Plug in the power supply (AC220V,3A);
2. Turn on the power switch
3. Set the required number of tests on the counter

Maintenance items
1. The instrument must be placed on a stable ground before use.
2. It is not allowed to move the machine during use;
3. Select the corresponding power supply voltage, do not be too high, to avoid burning out the device;
4. In case of abnormal instrument, please contact the institute for timely treatment;
5. The machine must be well ventilated when working.
6. Key mechanical components, due to large operating load, mechanical parts please add lubricating oil in time;
7. After each test, clean the machine and keep it clean;
8. The control box should be wiped with dry cloth, not wet cloth. After wiping, spray some anti-rust oil
9. Ground the device properly.

troubleshooting
1. If no information is displayed, the power supply is not connected or the power indicator is damaged. If the power indicator is damaged, replace it. If there is no power output from the power output terminal, check the power cable or power socket to check whether the fuse is disconnected.
2. If the power is switched on and the power indicator indicates, press the start button and the machine does not work, please check whether there is any disconnection or disconnection of the relay. If there is no disconnection of the relay, it indicates that the relay is damaged and should be replaced in time.
3. If the power indicator is on but the counter has no display, it indicates that the counter is damaged and needs to be replaced.
