DRK101A Tensile tester is designed and manufactured according to the national standard "Paper and Paper Tensile Strength Testing Method (Constant Speed Loading Method)". 1. A ball screw is used in the transmission mechanism, the transmission is stable and accurate; the imported servo motor is used, the noise is small and the control is specific.
2. Large-screen LCD display, English/Chinese menu, real-time display of force-time, force-deformation, force-displacement, etc.; the latest software has a real-time display of tensile curve function; instrument has powerful data display and analysis, management ability.

4. Direct measurement results: After completing a set of tests, it is convenient to directly display the measurement results and print statistical reports, including the mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.
5. High degree of automation: The instrument design uses advanced devices at home and abroad, and the microcomputer performs information sensing, data processing, and motion control, and has the characteristics of automatic reset, data memory, and overload protection.

• Measuring aluminum foil, aluminum plastic belt tensile strength, tensile strength, peel strength, elongation.
• The tensile strength, elongation, and tensile modulus of the plastic film were measured.
• The heat seal strength, tensile strength and peel strength of the food bag also can be measured.
• The sanitary napkin can be measured for adhesive strength, edge sealing strength, tensile strength, and elongation.
