I.Brief Introduction:

DRK166 Air bath film thermal shrinkage performance tester, according to the ISO 14616 principle of air heating test method to test the shrinkage performance of different materials of thermal shrinkage film, study the relationship between the thermal shrinkage force of different materials of thermal shrinkage film and cold shrinkage force and determine the direction of contraction test.

II.Principle:

This tester uses the principle of air heating multi-station film thermal shrinkage performance tester to test a variety of shrinkable film shrinkage force, shrinkage rate and other properties, so as to compare the performance of different materials produced by raw materials of shrinkable film, and is suitable for testing different materials of thermal shrinkable film.

III.Testing Method:

The heat shrinkable film is placed on the fixture with displacement sensor or force sensor, and the shrinkage performance curve of the film varies with time after it is heated in the closed heating chamber is tested, so as to obtain the result value of heat shrinkable force, cold shrinkable force and the maximum shrinkage rate.
