DRK105 Smoothness Meter
The DRK105 smoothness tester is an intelligent paper and cardboard smoothness performance testing instrument newly designed and developed according to the working principle of the internationally used Bekk smoothing instrument.
Features
1. Oil-free vacuum pump: adopts the vacuum pump imported from South Korea, it can work without oiling the vacuum pump, and the instrument is oil-free and pollution-free.
2. Preloading time selection: The instrument has the option of "60-second preloading automatic control", and users can choose whether to use this function according to their needs.
3. Fast measurement: Small volume cavity measurement can be selected, and the measurement time is only one tenth of the large volume cavity, which greatly saves the measurement time and realizes rapid measurement.
4. Good airtightness: adopt foreign vacuum sealant and advanced sealing technology to make the instrument airtightness meet the requirements of national standards.
5. Adopt modular all-in-one printer, easy to install, low failure; thermal printer and dot matrix printer are optional.
6. Free switching between Chinese and English, using large LCD module, Chinese display operation steps, display measurement and statistical results, friendly man-machine interface makes the instrument operation simple and convenient, reflecting the humanized design idea.
Applications
It is an indispensable instrument for all kinds of high smooth paper testing. This smoothing instrument is used for testing high-smooth paper and cardboard. It should not be used to test materials with a thickness of 0.5 mm or more or paper or cardboard with high air permeability, because the amount of air passing through the sample can cause unreal results.
