DRK711 Static Acid Pressure Tester
Test items: Test of resistance to hydrostatic pressure (static acid pressure) of fabric protective clothing for acid and alkali chemicals
The DRK711 static acid pressure tester is mainly used to test the hydrostatic pressure resistance (static acid pressure) of the fabric acid-base chemical protective clothing. It is the acid-base protective clothing manufacturer to handle the production license and the LA (Laoan) certification, and supervise it. Testing units and scientific research institutions must have testing equipment for acid-base chemical protective clothing.

Features:
1. The electrical control box and the test box are separated to avoid the safety hazards of the box-type test acid leakage and corrosion circuit.
2. The test box is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, which reduces the possibility of acid corrosion of the box body, so that the box body maintains a smooth and beautiful mirror surface for a long time.
3. The equipment test pipeline, liquid injection port and sample holder are made of corrosion-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene material, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and service life compared to stainless steel.
4. The test pipeline adopts a corrugated PTFE transparent tube to ensure that no bubbles are generated when liquid is added, the liquid flow is smoother, and the accuracy and timeliness of the test are improved.
5. Adopting a unique design structure to improve the accuracy of the equipment, from the original accuracy of 3mm to 1mm.
6. The original scale is added to the front of the equipment, even if the experimenter verifies the correctness of the test results at any time, it is also convenient for equipment calibration.
7. It is the first to create a transparent visible protective cover for the injection port and sample holder, which improves the safety of the acid-base test.
8. The sample holder adopts a unique structure to ensure that the sample is in a tight state; the sample holder compression piece adopts a side-turning structure, which is safe and convenient to operate, and improves the test efficiency and the accuracy of the experimental results.
